Op Shop Show and Tell

I figured make hay whilst my cat snores and do a quick op shop show and tell!

I Op Therefore I Am is a great Melbourne blog and these were one of my favourite op shop finds posted about from the Brotherhood of St Laurence Op Shop in Brunswick
Op Shop Diva has done a great photo shoot with items from the Red Cross Rundle Street and St Marys Stores.  This was my favourite
For more on the shoot see her earlier blog here

I had a few to choose from when I came across Misfit Vintage's op shopping blog piece but the dress looks ace!

I love the colours on these vases from Tea With Hazel, all bought for about $3!

Spending money in op shops to save money, I now know I'm not the only one but 7 books for $1 about money saving has to be worth it!!  The Creative Hexagon found an op shop in Mandurah that was even giving away lemons.

Bit of a quick round up

Sandlewood Op Shop in Brisbane is after blankets if you can help please see the post on their page

The RSL shop in Byford is after donations see this Gumtree post here they can be dropped off at 840 South West Hwy, Byford, WA 6122

Angliss Hospital in Ferntree Gully is having an annual preloved fashion parade on Tuesday 10th July see more on the story here

I like a good ending so I'll finish with this from Recycled Fashion and the Brotherhood of St Laurence.  It's competition time, show off your op shop thrifty fashion finds to be in with a chance to win one of a few prizes. See more on how to enter here

The cat is still snoring

If you have any op shop scores, thrifting finds or market marvels please share them with us and link back.

PS PLEEEEASE consider removing the Word Verification from comments - it's AWFUL to use and you won't get spam without it - and I will love you LOOONG TIME!

  2. Hi Sarah

Still pretty new to blogging but think I have managed to remove the word verification, thanks for the heads up :-)
